Shipping and Delivery

Do you provide Cash on Delivery as an option?

No. However, you can reach out to us and we can consider making a special request if need be.

How do I track my order?

You should receive the following intimations via e-mail:
- Order confirmation email immediately after placing the order.
- Delivery confirmation email after successful delivery.
If you do not receive any confirmation within 2 hours, please contact us at info@mariposa.co.in.

What delivery options do you provide?

Standard Day Time and Midnight Delivery.

Do you do same day deliveries?

Subject to availability, we offer same-day delivery in Mumbai. Please ensure you provide the complete address and phone number of the recipient.

Do you do midnight deliveries?

Yes, we offer midnight deliveries to make your occasions special.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Delivery timelines may vary based on the product and delivery location. Same-day delivery is available in selected areas. For detailed time slots and availability, please refer to our website.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes, we accept international orders. However, please note that delivery is currently available only within Mumbai. International customers may place orders using a Mumbai-based delivery address.

Payments

What do I do if my payment is deducted but my order is not placed?

Please mail us at info@mariposa.co.in with the following details:
- Order number
- Your mobile number
- Your registered email address used while placing the order
Our team will investigate and update you promptly.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations are difficult to accommodate once processed. Nonetheless, you can reach out to us at info@mariposa.co.in and we will try!

Returns and Refunds

Do you accept returns?

If you are unsatisfied for any reason, email us at info@mariposa.co.in with your order number and the reason for dissatisfaction. Refunds are processed only in cases where the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect, subject to Mariposa’s discretion.

I’ve received my order, but it’s not suitable. How do I return it?

Products can only be returned if they are damaged, defective, expired, or a materially incorrect product has been delivered, subject to Mariposa’s discretion. Products must be returned in their original, unused, and sealed condition.

what is your substitution policy?

In the event of unavailability of certain flowers or candles, we reserve the right to substitute them with products of equal or higher value while maintaining the overall style and theme of your order.

Product Care and Safety

Are there any care instructions for the flowers?

Yes. Please refer to the Product Care section on our website for detailed instructions.

How do we care for the Forever Roses?

Our Forever Roses are easy to maintain with minimal care. Store them indoors in a cool, dry place (15–35°C, under 80% humidity), away from sunlight, water, and excess humidity. Handle gently and keep strong colors apart to prevent blending. Lightly dust as needed. Seasonal changes may temporarily affect their appearance, but they will stabilize naturally. Minor variations in color and texture are normal due to their handcrafted nature.

Are your candles safe?

Yes, absolutely! Our candles are crafted with premium soy waxes, natural wicks, and non-toxic fragrances to ensure a clean burn. However, for safe use:
- Always burn candles within sight.
- Keep away from flammable materials, pets, and children.
- Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use.
- Place candles on a heat-resistant surface and avoid drafts.
- Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a stretch.
Mariposa is not responsible for fire-related incidents caused by improper use.

Are your perfumes safe for sensitive skin?

Our perfumes contain natural extracts and essential oils, which may cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals. We recommend performing a patch test before full use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Can we customize a bouquet? How do you charge for it?

Absolutely! We would be happy to create a custom arrangement based on your style, needs, and budget. Please contact us at info@mariposa.co.in for a quote.

Can I place a bulk order for events or corporate gifting?

Yes, we specialize in bulk orders and corporate gifting. Please reach out to us at info@mariposa.co.in for customized solutions and pricing.

What if the products are damaged in transit/during delivery?

We take utmost care in packaging and partnering with reliable couriers. However, in rare cases where damages occur due to temperature or handling issues, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will review your claim.

What is the life span of Forever Rose?

Forever Roses last up to 18 months with proper care.

What do I do if my order shows as delivered but the recipient has not received the gift/products?

If your order shows as delivered but hasn't been received, please email us at info@mariposa.co.in with:
- Order number
- Shipping details (recipient name, number, email)
- Product details
Our team will liaise with the courier and assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
